“Food Walking Tour Wir haben über die App Get Your Guide eine Food Walking Tour von diesem Anbieter gebucht. Leider hatten wir danach eine Lebensmittelvergiftung. Man besucht während der Tour ein Restaurant in dem traditionelle Albanische Speisen angeboten werden. Fast alle Gerichte enthalten Fleisch oder Fisch und standen scheinbar schon seit langer Zeit ohne Kühlung in der Auslage. Die Tour ist mit 30€ pro Person sehr teuer und ich erwarte, dass ich danach nicht krank werde. Ich empfehle ein ein besseres Restaurant zu wählen, das die Speisen gekühlt aufbewahrt und Wasser aus einer verschlossenen Flasche zum Essen serviert. Die Tour ist gut bewertet. Die Get Your Guide "Community Guideline" lässt es aber kaum zu, dass negative Reviews veröffentlicht werden. Meine Bewertung wurde blockiert, obwohl ich sie neutral und sachlich formuliert habe.”

“I had booked but didn’t receive a confirmation . I followed up with messages but didn’t receive a response until well after the tour time. Very disappointed as I had used Guru Walk in other cities and never had an issue. So you probably need to book days in advance if you want the actual tour. Just expected there would be a response within the day. A simple not available would have been nice or not have that tour on offer on the site if unavailable for the day. I suspect they saw not enough people booked and cancelled. In any event they needed to arrange with their third party website better. P.s. They messaged asking me to delete my review which I had posted when I was unable to reach them by message or call during the day.”
